Crepes.

                  Crepes. A crepe is a type of a very thin pancake.  Usually, crepes are made from wheat flour or buckwheat flour. Crepes are especially popular throughout the country of France. Usually, crepes are topped with fruits, chocolate or strawberry syrup, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. For me, crepes are the best desserts ever! Among all kinds of crepes, mango crepe is my favorite. Even though crepes are a bit expensive because a thin pancake with a tablespoon of mango, a scoop of ice cream, a little bit of whipped cream and chocolate syrup costs about 60-70 pesos, for me it is affordable. However, it’s not my money. It is my parent’s money that I am using when I am buying crepes.  So for them, it’s too expensive. One time, when I was in AGS fair, there was a stall selling crepes. I asked my mom if I can buy crepes. She said yes. So I bought one. It costs 65 pesos. After I finish eating, I still want one. But if I asked my mom again if I can buy one more, I know she will say no. Luckily, I brought my wallet. My wallet has 70 pesos. So while my mom is buying French fries at the other store. I secretly bought crepes again. I’m so happy that she didn’t even notice me. I finished my crepe very fast so that she will not notice me. I haven’t tasted crepes since last month, so I was so excited for my next crepe getaway maybe next week! 

B- Bratz.

                  Bratz. Bratz is an American line of fashion dolls and merchandise manufactured by MGA Entertainment.  They are portrayed as teenagers distinguished by large heads and skinny bodies, almond-shaped eyes adorned with eye shadow, and lush, glossy lips. Bratz are four teenagers namely Cloe, Yasmin, Jade and Sasha. Among the four of them, my most favorite is Yasmin. When I was a kid, during Christmas, my birthday or any special occasions, I always ask my mom, dad, titos, titas, ninongs and ninangs to buy bratz for my gift. I will tell them before that I’ll be a good girl if they will give me a new bratz doll. So every special occasion, I have a new toy! I have a new bratz for my collection! I took care all of my bratz. There was a time that I didn’t like my dolls’s hair so I decided to cut off some of her hair. I went secretly to the bathroom and cut off my doll’s hair. I didn’t get satisfied yet with my doll’s hair so cut it more until it got super short already. My mom saw what I did and got angry at me. I told myself that that was the last time that I will cut any of my doll’s hair. I will just comb their hair and bathing them everyday. I put shampoo and conditioner at their hair when I want to bathe them. I treat my brtaz as my bestfriends when I was still little. But now, my bratz are just displayed in my cabinet because I don’t to play with them anymore because I’m already big. 

A-     Avril Lavigne

A-     

           Avril Lavigne. Avril Lavigne is a Canadian singer and songwriter. For me, she is one of the best singers in the world!  She was born in Belleville, Ontario. But she grew up in the small town of Napanee. I like her because of her good songs. When I was about to graduate from grade school, Avril’s recent album was launched. The title of her album is “Goodbye Lullaby”.  I asked my mom if she can buy be one because I have almost all her cds even though some were just burned in our computer. But she said no. So I didn’t expect more that she will buy me Avril’s cd. But during our sixers day, parents are invited to come. It was really a surprise for us. When my mom was walking on her way to my chair, she gave me a paper bag. When I opened it, I was really shocked with what I saw. It was Avrl’s cd! My mom told me that the cd was one of my graduation gifts. When we got home, the first thing I did was listen to the cd while sing with the songs. I was really happy that I got her cd for one gradution gift. I wasn’t really expecting it. I hugged my mom so tight because I was super happy. Also, I like Avril Lavigne because of her mission to help the children and youth with serious illness and disabilities. She launched a foundation called the “The Avril Lavigne Foundation”. That is why I like Avril Lavgine. J
